How to set up eSIM for Android?⌄
Purchase your plan and open Settings → Network & Internet → Mobile Network. Choose “Download a SIM instead?”, scan the QR code from your email, then confirm Download and Done.
How fast is the network speed?⌄
4G/LTE is available in most supported countries. Selected destinations and network partners also provide 5G access when your device and plan support it.
Are voice calls and SMS included?⌄
These are data-only eSIM plans. Voice calls and messages remain available through internet apps such as WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Messenger.
How do I use dual SIM on iPhone?⌄
Label the travel eSIM as your secondary line, keep your primary SIM selected for calls and messages, and choose the eSIM for cellular data.
Should I switch on Data Roaming when using eSIM?⌄
Yes. Turn on Data Roaming for the travel eSIM line. You can switch it off again when the trip or plan has ended.
How do I remove the eSIM data plan after use?⌄
Open your device cellular settings, select the travel eSIM, and choose Remove Cellular Plan or Delete eSIM.
How do I get my eSIM after payment?⌄
Your QR code and installation instructions are sent by email after successful payment. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived after a few minutes.
How is the validity period calculated?⌄
Validity normally begins when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at your destination. Check the selected plan details for any exceptions.
How can I check my remaining data?⌄
Where supported, usage appears in your order details. You can also monitor cellular data usage from your phone settings.
Can multiple phones scan the same QR code?⌄
No. An eSIM profile can only be installed on one compatible device. Do not scan the QR code on the wrong phone.
Will my physical SIM still work?⌄
Yes. Your physical SIM can remain active for calls and messages while the eSIM provides travel data. Check your carrier roaming settings to avoid extra charges.
